For procurement teams
Checkout for this offer runs on Stripe with automatic tax calculation and VAT-ID collection already switched on — your buyer-entity name and VAT ID are collected as part of the standard Stripe checkout form, and tax is calculated and shown before you pay. There is no separate manual step to register your entity or VAT ID; it happens at checkout, today, for every purchase of this offer.
Invoice-based purchase
Self-serve Stripe invoice payment (pay-by-invoice, net terms) is not yet available for this offer. Checkout today is a single upfront Stripe payment page — there is no toggle to request an invoice and pay later.
If your organization needs an invoice-based purchase instead of upfront card payment, open a public issue at github.com/beneb89/changegamer/issues describing your invoicing requirement, and a team member will follow up. Note that GitHub Issues on this repository are public — anyone can read them. Keep the initial issue high-level (e.g. "describe your invoicing requirement; a team member will follow up") rather than pasting your company name, VAT number, or contract details into the issue body; those specifics can be exchanged in a follow-up once the conversation has moved off the public tracker. This is the repository's regular public issue tracker being reused for this purpose — it is not a dedicated sales or procurement inbox, and it carries no support SLA.
GDPR / data processing
Stripe acts as the payment processor for this purchase and processes your checkout and payment data (buyer entity name, VAT ID, card/payment details, tax calculation) under its own terms as a data processor. ChangeGamer's own data processing for this purchase is limited to sending a delivery email containing your license letter and/or corpus file. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. There is no pre-templated or pre-signed DPA process today — if you need one, raise it in the invoicing/procurement issue above and it will be handled individually.
